up to 72 hours before the lesson in low/high season, 7 days in peak season.
Lessons must be paid in advance, with a deposit at booking and balance at our oAice or online.
Group lessons (min. 4 participants) are non-refundable; if lifts close, the first day is nonrefundable, refunds apply only from the second consecutive day. The school reserves the right to convert group lessons into private lessons if the minimum is not met.
Private lessons are refundable only in case of total lift closure. If even one lift is open, lessons go ahead and must be paid.
Optional insurance available at 7% of booking cost, covering unforeseen events (see info sheet).
In case of refund, a 2.5% administrative fee is withheld; bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
